Japanese washi tape also known as "rice paper tape" as it is a little bit transparent. Compared to normal masking tape, washi tape is easy to peel of without stain marks and re-stick on most surfaces. Tear it easily by hand. Washi tape is great for gift wrapping, scrapbook, seal envelopes, write on it to use it as a label, stick stuff on walls or other craft projects...
